Born and raised in upstate New York in the heart of the Finger Lake Region. Also known as a beautiful location for wine tasting around each one of the several lakes.
I received my degree at Mercyhurst University located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Here I played on the women’s lacrosse team for three years, but due to two severe concussions I was unable to finish out the full time I was a student. I have been honored and received multiple awards for my work, as well as took part in volunteer work in developing a fundraiser for the “Pets for Vets” foundation in help with partnering Veterans with a furry friend to love.
Mercyhurst is also the place where I met my husband, Matthew, and where we rescued our dog, Maverick. While working on “Pets for Vets” partnering with the ANNA Shelter, Maverick was there on my first visit to the shelter. It was a sealed deal the moment I saw him and he came home shortly following those first few days of meeting. He is now a spoiled pup who loves to play fetch and is the first one ready to go on a hike. During my time at school, I was an intern for the athletic department and developed a deep love for sport photography and implementing graphic design with my photography for different men’s and women’s athletic teams. As a random favor I was asked to photograph the men’s hockey team one night. It’s all been history since.
Prints of my personal work are available for purchase. I love new places to photograph, and finding the details in small things most people miss. Shoot me an email if you have any new places that you think I would love to explore! I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my site and work, I hope to meet you in the near future!
